The Heart of Wellness Fitness Group sets goals together and supports each other, on the things that make a real difference. We offer customized workouts and meditations on our fitness app. On Friday’s we send out optional customized meal plans to support your nutrition goals. We meet on fun Zoom meetings to share our progress and tips on what works for us. Our group is open to anyone, and the diversity is what makes it fun!

The Heart of Wellness fitness app is your personal trainer and fitness community on your phone. This app allows you to set specific health goals, track your progress through exercise logging, access personalized workout plans, and receive motivating reminders, all while connecting you to our Heart of Wellness community.We will help you effectively reach your desired health goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or improved overall fitness.

Monthly Challenge

March Fitness Challenge is a great way to stay motivated and build healthy habits as spring approaches! We have a fun interactive app loaded with 16 fun workouts you can do from home or your favorite gym. There are also a few preselected meditations to help unwind from the stresses of daily life. We love healthy competition in our groups and offer prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. You’ll submit your points weekly, each positive habit will count as a point. Sign-up and join the fun!

Monthly Challenge

Spend 4 weeks with us focusing on creating and integrating healthier habits into your days! We encourage you to do your best and feel proud of any positive habits you accomplish each day. This is a challenge and each positive habit will result in 1 point! The person with the most points at the end of the challenge will win a cash prize! Additional prizes will be given out for 2nd and 3rd place. Let’s encourage each other to do our best and see how many points we can get!
