Cheyenne Hawks

Founder, Owner of Heart of Wellness

Retreat Director, Spiritual Wellness Coach

My inner journey began in 2012, when I started looking for deeper meaning in my life. I have worked with spiritual mentors, and coaches from special pockets of the world including Latvia, and India. My experiences with meditation, prayer, journaling, and patience have shown me a path of living in the now, and enjoying what this life has to offer. I am honored to be holding space for others, to help shine a light for their own path, and be a safe space to express all thoughts and feelings.

My passion is encouraging people to connect to their own inner being and purpose. By leaning inward, we are able to become clear on what we have to offer in our life experience. I specialize in customized meal plans to get you started on eating the right foods in the right proportions, for your unique body and situation. My clients have had great success meeting their goals with my unique meal plans and emotional support process.

My education is in strategic communication which supports me in being able to connect with you, on what mode will be most productive for your personal growth. My health training is focused in sports nutrition and the benefits of meditation. I have been a certified Yoga teacher since 2012 and believe that yoga benefits every body. I look forward to meeting you on your path to wellness.

Ashley Howard

Partner of Heart of Wellness

Mindset Coach & Wellness Retreat Facilitator

Ashley has been in the health and wellness field since she was a teenager. After taking a break from sports, she was looking for a way to stay active. She knew she had a passion for group fitness when she "stepped" into her first step class at age 16.

By age 19, Ashley was teaching fitness classes in college and in her local community. In her early 20s, she discovered a passion for yoga and went through an E-RYT 200 hour yoga teacher training certification through Yoga Alliance. Ashley now has over 15 years of experience in teaching yoga and many different styles of group exercise.

At 24 years old, Ashley wanted to expand her reach and partnered with a health + fitness company to encourage and support others on their health journeys throughout the country + internationally. Over the last 10 years, she has successfully built her online health coaching business and has helped thousands of men + women see lasting results in their health. Ashley combines simple fitness plans, superfood nutrition, and a supportive community to keep her clients engaged and uses a method of teaching/promoting sustainability in wellness over perfection.

Most importantly, she is a wife to Brian and mom to Brooke and Caleb. She lives in South Carolina with her family and loves to spend time on the lake. She is truly grateful for this life she has built.

Ashley is available for virtual yoga classes, health and fitness accountability and personal 1:1 coaching.

Elicia McMullen

Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist

Elicia has always had a passion for health and wellness. Fitness and nutrition have been a big part of her life since she was in her 20’s. When she realized she could make a career of her passion she went to school to become a Registered Dietitian. She receives so much joy from helping others learn how to fuel their bodies with nutrient rich foods so they feel their best.

In 2017 Elicia was diagnosed with Stage 4 blood cancer which was a complete shock since she lived a healthy lifestyle. She looked to her nutrition to see what she could do to help her fight her biggest battle. She chose a whole food, plant based diet which she firmly believes help her win the fight. After 5 years in remission she has added back in all foods and is feeling great.

Elicia is excited to be a part of the Heart of Wellness community and use her knowledge and experience to help others feel their best from the inside out!

Martina McBride

Nervous System Coach/LMT & Boutique Manager

Martina first found her passion in the health & wellness world through attending massage therapy school. Practicing since 2019, she has been able to hone in on her skills of bodywork and intuition. This practice has evolved over the years changing from simply massage therapy to working with clientele that are seeking ways to release trauma through the body.

For the majority of 2024 Martina entered a profound chapter of her life. One that challenged her in ways she never expected. Her journey through CPTSD and anxiety brought her face-to-face with her deepest shadows and opened the door to a deeper level of healing. Through months of intensive therapy, she has embraced tools like timeline therapy, internal family systems, and somatic bodywork, which have helped her reconnect with parts of self that had been long forgotten.

This work has taught Martina the importance of slowing down in a world that’s always urging us to speed up. It’s reminded her of the beauty of just being — of taking the time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with the things that bring joy. This path has been about breaking old chains, honoring ancestors, and transforming life, not just for Martina, but for her family, community and for you.

Through Martina’s offerings — from energetic bodywork that supports nervous system rest, to intention-infused malas and beaded bracelets, and the soothing power of her R.E.S.T. oil kit — she aims to help others find the calm, balance, and connection that she herself has been working toward. The goal is to create a space where we can connect on a deeper, more natural level, where you can let go and be.

Whether you’re here for bodywork, mindful jewelry, or the calming embrace of aromatics, Martina is here to walk this journey with you — meeting you wherever you are, with authenticity and care.
