About the Coaches

Coach Cheyenne

Cheyenne Hawks is a Spiritual Health and Wellness Coach who is passionate about helping people transform their lives in every direction. She specializes in helping individuals create a heart-centered life path, digging deep to the roots of who they are while cultivating the best versions of themselves. She provides a safe space for people to share their own story, mobilizing the effort required on the path of healing.

Coach Ashley

Ashley Howard is a Certified Recovery Coach and went alcohol free 18 months ago, after about 5 years of 'nudges' to consider a life free from alcohol. She'd been drinking since she was a teenager and it was no longer aligning with who she was becoming. With a background in health and fitness she is passionate about helping others both with their physical wellness and changing their relationship with alcohol. The first step is awareness, and awareness is progress. A great next step could be joining us for the month of October, too!

Coach Rachel

Rachel Warmath is a writer, self-published author, yoga teacher, and highly sensitive person with a passion for being sober. She left an abusive relationship in 2018, quit drinking in 2019, moved from California to Utah in 2021, and has been on a powerful healing trajectory since. Rachel has also learned a lot about sobriety from her husband, who has 4 years of sobriety from alcohol and benzodiazepines, and from Fit to Recover, a sober community she's part of locally in SLC.

Empath Warrior Mindset: A Guidebook for Resilience by Rachel Warmath

Empath Warrior Mindset is a book of ideas for those who feel deeply. It’s a guidebook for anyone who is struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, wavering self-esteem, depletion, or burnout. It's designed to help you build strength and resilience in a world that’s full of chaos and uncertainty, and live life from a place of empowerment.
